Who We Are

Like roots beneath a tree, we are often stronger than we realize. Even when life shakes us, breaks us, or bends us, resilience continues to grow beneath the surface. Strength isn’t about never falling, it’s about finding the courage to keep going, one moment, one second and one minute, at a time.

 Rooted in Resilience Movement was born from the belief that every person carries a story worth telling, a struggle worth honoring, and a reason worth staying for.

 Rooted In Resilience Movement was created because I exist and so do you! We don’t talk enough about the darkness and how heavy the world can be sometimes. 

The thing is you’re not alone. So many people in this life go through the same thing, the same feelings and emotions. We’re human. I know what it’s like to feel alone, I know what it’s like to be forgotten. But you’re not, I promise you. 

 Sometimes it only takes one person, even a random stranger to take 60 seconds for you to stay a FKN minute and it changes your whole life to find your purpose again. I know because it happened to me.

 In the biggest loss of my life, my fur baby, soulmate and family and so much grief and sadness along with losing friends to suicide, I couldn’t take it and I wanted out. I didn’t want to feel the pain.

 I knew that I had to though, and In that moment, someone chose me, chose not to give up, kept calling until I answered and it changed everything. I have never even met this person in real life, only through the internet we became friends. They chose to not give up on me, and suddenly I realized I had to choose me too. 

“Don’t let the beginning of your story be your ending. “

My mission is to help others find community, support and love. I want the clothing to be a warm hug and daily reminder that you matter and you are not alone! No one deserves to feel forgotten. 


It’s never too late to start living again. You’re still here. You matter, you’re worthy and you have so much purpose. 

Tomorrow is not promised, but today’s not finished. 

If I can inspire one person a day, then I’m doing something right with this little light of mine.

What Does “Stay A FKN Minute” Mean?

Stay A FKN Minute is more than a phrase.

It’s a pause.

A breath.

A reminder.

It’s what I hope someone hears when life feels too heavy, too lonely, or too painful to carry.

The number 60 represents those sixty seconds, the moment between giving up and holding on.

One more minute can mean waiting long enough for the phone to ring.

One more minute can mean hearing the words you needed.

One more minute can mean seeing tomorrow.

One more minute can save a life.

This mission exists because one person chose to stay for sixty seconds when I needed it most. Today, my hope is that this space becomes a reminder that your story matters, your presence matters, and that even in your darkest moments, you are not forgotten.

I believe stories create connection.
I believe vulnerability creates understanding.
I believe hope begins when someone feels seen.

And I believe that sometimes the bravest thing a person can do, is stay one more minute.

Ain’t no damn way… I could forget …..

  • My 60, thanks for being the light in my darkest hour, holding the light steady and letting me find mine again! I am forever grateful for you in this life and for that call. You didn’t stop until I answered . That called changed everything. You are such a gift to this world and a blessing! Thank you fam. My purpose in this life was found again because of you. Till the wheels fall off, forever family!
